Coach Dana began taking Strength and Conditioning at 8 Limbs in 2019 with barely any athletic experience. Her intention were to eventually start Muay Thai as well, but ended up sticking with kettlebells for a few months. Gaining power and endurance allowed me to grow past my belief that I was not athletic by nature, and pushed her towards developing healthier habits in my daily life.
A couple years later, Coach Dana has been able to compete in Muay Thai as well as get her certification to coach kettlebells through RKC.

You can’t get better than 8 Limbs! The staff is HIGHLY knowledgeable, and the gym is welcoming and super clean. I take the Muay Thai classes and the strength classes and the results I have seen in my confidence, strength, and mental health are off the charts. If you are on the fence about giving 8 Limbs a try, DO IT! You have nothing to lose, but a great deal to gain.
Best gym of any kind in West Philly, used to take the Muay Thai classes and now only kettlebells, but recommend both to anyone. Love taking classes in my bare feet!

Great facility. Clean. Solid community. Inclusive.
The training itself is lead by champions and those on that journey. And it shows. From the strength and conditioning workouts to the Muay Thai classes the community here is awesome through and through.
