Due to current CDC class size limitations, we have to briefly pause our Strength/Kettlebells new member Quick Starts. According to state regulations, our classes are reaching their size limit. We will start accepting new students once the state eases class-size restrictions. If you are interested in being placed on our waiting list, please purchase the Introductory Quick Start and one of our staff members will contact you.
Strength & Conditioning at 8 Limbs.
8 Limbs Academy offers a strength & conditioning program called Kettlebells. All of our coaches are Kettlebell certified through StrongFirst. This means that they have endured months of training; honed their skills & then tested those skills over a 3 day weekend. As a StrongFirst coach, we are required to get recertified every 2 years! We are constantly taking continuing education and seminars, networking and staying up to date with the fitness industry.

What you can find at 8 Limbs Academy are coaches that can relate & empathize with you. We have been through many different life experiences that have helped mold us as coaches. We are here to listen to you & come up with a plan together. Whether your goals are to get stronger, become more confident, fix a previous injury, work around an injury, build stamina, lose weight, &/or build muscle….we are here to work through those goals with you! We are not here to compare or put you in a box! Everyone has different desires, needs & abilities. We would love the opportunity to show you how STRONG & POWERFUL you are!
What to expect of a Kettlebell class at 8 Limbs Academy?
Each class is 60 minutes & it is the perfect blend of cardio & strength training. We cater to all skill levels whether you are a beginner or a seasoned weight lifter. No one should feel held back or that they are holding anyone else back. We work together as a team and we can make modifications based on skill level, mobility issues, previous injuries, pregnancy or anything that may impact a certain movement. You are guaranteed to see some basic movements like Deadlifts, Squats, Swings & Presses….as well as learning new movements.
