Adult Muay Thai

Ages 14 +

We have a really strong Muay Thai program and Muay Thai community at 8 Limbs. Our coaches have insane amounts of knowledge and have been involved in Muay Thai since the early 2000’s. But we aren’t just coaches, we are the leaders of the change we want to see in the world. We don’t stand in front of you and tell you how to kick. We teach you how to fight for your own personal growth on and off the mats. We teach you about the importance of walking towards fear, the embrace of working hard and the value of community.

Yes, our coaches have been to Thailand and yes our coaches have been in the ring, but don’t be fooled… that’s not what defines us or make us qualified to stand in front of you.

We are strong, intelligent, caring and hard working individuals that want to help you understand how strong you can also be. Some people want to learn to fight, some people want to make better decisions in their lives and some people are simply looking to change up their current routine. Our coaches are here to get you there.

If you’re checking us out because you want to fight… yes, we can absolutely help you there. We have one of the most active and competitive fight teams in the nation… but our goal is bigger than winning fights, it’s to develop strong humans. We want to facilitate a gym full of strong and confident individuals who may also get in a ring and fight.

Our “Strong Team” program incorporates various training modalities, including weightlifting, kettlebell exercises, and sport-specific performance training. These dynamic workouts are carefully crafted to challenge your body and mind, helping you build strength, increase endurance, and improve your overall athletic performance.

Youth Muay Thai

Ages 8 – 14

We all know the normal talking points about why your child should get into Martial Arts. You’ll always hear the same thing: discipline, motivation, respect and self defense. Yes, our program honors and provides those values but we are looking to go deeper and help where it seems like there is a current need.

Besides teaching your children battle tested Martial Arts, we focus on communication, connectivity and building actual relationships with other motivated kids.

We challenge our students in more ways than just learning the kicks and punches. We are teaching them to be impactful members of there communities. Our coaches strive to improve the physical, emotional and social skills of our students.

Our coaches, who are fathers and community leaders, come to class with knowledge of what it takes to succeed in the real world. We take our kids seriously and our program is tough, because that’s what it takes to build a strong kid and a strong community.
